The machine is built for the removal of small sticks, stones, branches, buds, etc … that escape conventional cleaners.

This machine grinds the olives to transform them into a homogeneous mass for the subsequent extraction of the oil. Optionally the rotor can be manufactured with movable blades.

The objective of this machine is to beat the olive mass and heat it to the desired temperature for a better extraction of the oil.

The pitting machines have the function of separating the two parts that make up the olive oil, the pulp and the ground stone, and this is achieved by centrifuging the product.
